Meet oPPal

oPPal is here to make sure you’re okay too. We connect new and expecting mothers with an experienced mom who has been through the postpartum journey to provide proactive, compassionate, one-on-one support. 

Through regular check-ins twice a week, big oPPals help their little oPPals remember to eat, take a shower, rest, and hear the words they need to keep going.

Big oPPals (Moms with kids 1+ years old)

We're building something special for moms beyond the first year with baby to truly give back to a new mama in an impactful way! Join our ongoing community of Big oPPals, and we will connect you to a Little oPPal the moment we have a match ready for you. In the meantime, if we do not have an immediate match for you, we will add you to our community platform, Circle, to start engaging!

Little oPPals (New/expecting moms):

Exciting news! We are currently accepting a few more Little oPPals with due dates in November and December 2025 into our beta program. If that’s you, please fill out our intake form.
